Welcome to the Brazos Valley Perl Mongers! We represent the Bryan/College Station area of Perl Mongers. If you are interested in joining or have any questions, please contact us.
Perl Mongers is a loose association of international Perl User Groups. Perl Mongers are groups of Perl users who get together periodically to discuss Perl and related topics.
Meetings
Typically, Perl Monger groups meet on a monthly basis in the evening, with social activities scattered throughout. We are looking to have meetings on the 3rd Thursday of every month. This group has been inactive for several years so this is your chance to set the tone for the new group.

Goals
Some of the goals for the group are:
- Develop and grow the social community of Perl programmers in the Brazos Valley
- Provide help and mentoring to local Perl programmers
- Expand the use of Perl in Bryan and College Station
- Engage in projects that will benefit the Brazos Valley community
